Dr Nyame Baafo donates power plant to Abesim Health Center

Dr Kwasi Nyame Baafi, an aspiring parliamentary candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Sunyani East Constituency in the Election 2028 has donated a brand-new power plant to the Abesim Health Centre.

He said the gesture was not only his widow's mite, but also ensure that the facility had stable electricity amid frequent power outages in the area.

In an interview with the media on the sidelines of a presentation ceremony at Abesim, near Sunyani, Dr Baafi also a native of the town noted that quality healthcare enhanced work productivity.

Barima Kumi Acheaw III, the Chief of Abesim and Kyidomhene of the Dormaa Traditional Area expressed appreciation to the donor for the gesture.

Dr Adwoa Pokuaa Awuku, the Acting Head of the Abesim Health Center also thanked Dr Baafi for the assistance saying that the power plant would greatly help advance quality healthcare delivery in the area
