Deeper Life Bible Church presents educational materials to SHS students

The  Deeper Christian Life Ministry (DCLM) has presented educational materials to some Senior High School (SHS) students, spread across 14 districts of the Deeper Life Bible Church (DLBC).

The teaching and learning materials comprised 400 exercise books, 200 pens, 200 note books and some provisions and were presented to both freshers and continuing students.

In an interview with Sompa FM on the sidelines of a short ceremony in Sunyani, Pastor Promise Bright Karikari, the Administrator of the Middle-Belt Zone of the DCLM said the gesture was to motivate the students and also lessen the financial burdens of families.

The middle-belt zone comprises Deeper life churches in Bono, Bono East and Ahafo Region.

Pastor Karikari hoped that the learning and teaching materials would greatly improve useful learning outcomes.

Ps Karikari advised the students to remain focused and concentrate on their studies, stressing that besides spiritual development, the church remained dedicated to promoting the welfare of members and the less privileged in society.

He emphasised that quality education remained the surest legacy families and the church could bequeath the youth, and urged the beneficiaries to be studious and justified the investments being made in their education.

Some of the beneficiaries expressed their heartfelt appreciation to the church for the assistance, and pledged to study hard and to achieve high academic laurels.
