Mrs Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare, the Member of Parliament for Techiman North Constituency in the Bono East Region has commissioned a solar-powered mechanized borehole at the Boadan community in the constituency.
She said with the facility the community members would easily access potable drinking water and also address the acute challenges confronting the community.
Speaking at a ceremony at Boadan, Mrs Ofosu-Adjare noted that accessing clean water should not be a problem for anybody, saying that the government remained committed to extend potable water to every community.
Mr James Emmanuel Amfra, the Assembly Member for the Boadan Electoral Area thanked the MP, and assured that the community would take proper care of the facility.
