Mr Kwasi Amakye Boateng, a political scientist has called on the newly elected national executives of the largest opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) to work hard to deepen general trust and confidence of the members in the executives.

He said growing mistrust in the executives remained a huge challenge for the NPP now, asking the executives to also carry along everybody member of the party in its political activities ahead of the Election 2028.

Mr Boateng told Am Konadu on the Sunyani-based Sompa FM 'Adea Akyi Abia" morning show that under no circumstance should a political party member or supporter be felt sidelined, asking the NPP executives to recognize and appreciate the respective roles of every member of the NPP.

Mr Boateng said the NPP now required a collective sense of understanding each other so as to lessen pressures for the executives to work harder into the Election 2028
