The Senior National team, the Black Stars of Ghana has secured their fifth qualification to the 2026 World cup.

The Black Stars managed to top their group with 25 points from the total of 30 points. The Stars played 10 games, won 8, drew 1 and lost 1. They scored 23-goals and conceded 6 in the process

The team made their first world cup appearance in 2006 and followed with 2010, 2014, 2022 and now 2026.

The Black Stars crowned their qualification by beating Comoros 1 - 0 at Accra Sports Stadium with the goal from Mohammed Kudus on Sunday October 13 having triumph over the Central African republic with five goals to nil.
The Stars will know their World Cup group and opponents during the draw slated for 5th December 2025.

The President of the World Football governing body, Gianni Infantino has congratulated the Black Stars for their 5th time qualification.
