Parts of Sunyani municipality to benefit solar streetlights project

Mr Vincent Atwi Agyei, the Sunyani Municipal Chief Executive and Mr Seid Mubarak, the Member of Parliament for the Sunyani East Constituency will soon undertake a solar streetlight project to improve the lighting system in parts of the Municipality.

According to a statement issued, the first phase of the pilot project would benefit the Sunyani Medical Village enclave, Abesim Olistar Area, the Sunyani Municipal Assembly enclave and the road leading to Nkrankrom.

It explained that the initiative formed part of efforts to promote a brighter, safer, and beautify and improve security in the municipality.
