Mr Mustapha Omar Copson, the Bono Regional Director of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) says the agency has offered job opportunities to 130 young people in the region.
He said the beneficiaries were engaged at security services and insurance sectors who had assumed their duties.
Speaking to Ama Konadu on the Monday edition of the Sunyani-based Sompa FM “Adea Akye Abia” Morning show, Mr Copson said additionally the agency had create jobs for 85 youth in the private sector.
He said the government through the agency remained dedicated to creating more opportunities for the youth to work and to end the growing youth unemployment in the country.
Mr Copson emphasised the government commitment to build the country for all through its ‘reset’ Ghana agenda.
