The Bono Regional chapter of the National Association of Educational Administrative and Secretarial Staff (NAEASS) Ghana ended a-two-day training workshop for the members.
It was held at the GNAT Hall in Sunyani on the theme: “Transforming administrative excellence: fostering diversity, equity, inclusive, and Al-driven innovations”.
Speaking in an interview with Sompa FM in Sunyani, Mr Vincent Owusu Apraku, the Bono Regional chapter Chairman of the NAEASS said the training discussed extensively on enhancing the condition of service as well as promotion of members.
Mr Apraku also highlighted on the relevant of the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and urged the members of leverage on AI for work productivity.
Mr Moses Aproge Gamase, the Bono, Bono East and Ahafo Regional President of the Teachers and Educational Worker's Union (TEWU) called on the members of the association to report their concerns for redress.
