The Shepherd Association of Ghana, a Christian faith-based organization focused on uniting ministers and church leaders across the country, has been officially launched in the Ashanti Region.
The association was founded by Apostle Daniel Appia Kubi, popularly known as Pastor Dan, a gospel actor recognized for his contributions to both ministry and the creative arts.
The group is chaired by Rev. Boateng, an actor and minister who leverages both media and ministry platforms to promote Christian values. Speaking to the media, Rev. Boateng stressed the importance of unity among ministers of God, noting that collaboration is key to guiding the current generation along the right path in line with biblical teachings. He also called on pastors and church leaders across the country to join the association.
Addressing issues surrounding tithing, Apostle Daniel Appia Kubi emphasized that ministers have a responsibility to properly educate Christians on the subject. He was reacting to recent public criticism by a woman who described some pastors and church leaders as “armed robbers,” stating that such remarks reflect a lack of respect for spiritual authority.
He further noted that more work needs to be done to strengthen biblical teachings among believers and ensure proper understanding of church doctrines.

Some members of the association also highlighted the benefits of joining the group, indicating that it would help deepen their faith and enhance their effectiveness in ministry.
