Mr Joseph Kwame Gyan, the Bono Regional Manager of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) has assured the Authority’s dedication to ensure that fuel pumps dispense quality and not substandard products.
He said the NPA in the region had intensified monitoring and supervision ensuring that the pumps did not shortchange customers as well.
Mr Gyan gave the assurance when he spoke to Nyarko Abronoma on the Sunyani-based Sompa FM’s ‘Ghana Nkommo’ show.

Mr Gyan advised customers not to hesitate to report any ‘unfair treatment’ from the fuel pumps to the Authority, saying that the NPA remained resolute to bring regulatory services closer to the door-step of the customers.
