The middleweight boxing bout rematch between Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn ended in an emphatic style with Benn dropping Eubank Jr twice en route to a straightforward win.

Benn dominated the bout and scored the decisive knockdowns in the final round with the judges scoring the bout 119-107, 116-110 and 118-108 all in favour of Benn who caught Eubank Jr several times with punishing straight rights off quick combinations.

Eubank Jr won the first bout between the pair on April 26 at the Tottenham Stadium and the same venue was the scene of an eye catching ring walk by Eubank Jr who entered the ring with his Boxing Hall of Fame father Chris Eubank and American Rap icon 50 Cent.

However, unlike the April bout, Eubank Jr ended up with a loss in the rematch.

“I did my best with what I had tonight, unfortunately it wasn’t enough. Conor Benn you fought great fight, congratulations to you” he wrote on his X (formerly Twitter) page after the fight.

Prior to the fight, Eubank Jr announced that he didn’t plan to retire after taking on Benn for the second time this year.
