Baba Amando's police invitation: Tuah-Yeboah urges NPP supporters to remain calm

Mr Alfred Tuah-Yeboah, the former Deputy Attorney General and Minister of Justice urged aggrieved supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to remain calm, assuring that the party will follow up on the policeĀ 

invitation of Mr Abubakar Yakubu, the Sunyani East constituency communications officer of the

NPP.

The Cyber Security Department of the police invited Mr Yakubu, popularly known in the political space as "Baba Amando" a staunch communicator of the NPP and social media influencer for cyber-related offences.

The visibly angry supporters thronged the Bono Regional Police Command headquarters in Sunyani on Monday April 13, around 0900 hours to ascertain reasons behind Mr Yakubu's invitation.

Interacting with the media, Mr Tuah-Yeboah, counsel explained that: "We just got to know that my client is rather invited to the police headquarters in Accra".

Mr Tuah-Yeboah said "As we speak now, we are yet to know why my client has been invited", he stated, and entreated the NPP supporters to be patient.
