Mr Kwasi Ameyaw-Cheremeh, a former Member of Parliament for Sunyani East has expressed appreciation to the NPP delegates for voting for the former Vice President Alhaji Dr Mahamudu Bawumia as the party’s Election 2028 flagbearer.
He said their massive endorsement of the former vice president in the party’s just ended presidential primary would not go unnoticed.
Mr Ameyaw-Cheremeh gave the appreciation when he spoke on the Monday edition of the Sunyani Sompa FM “Ade Akye Abia” show hosted by Ama Konadu and thanked all stakeholders for their contributions to peaceful and successful primary.
The former legislator said now that the primary was over, there was the need for the NPP to re-organise, and advised the members and supporters of the party to remain bury their differences, remain formidable and forge ahead in unity to recapture political power in the Election 2028.
