Dr. Bryan Acheampong, the MP for Abetifi and aspiring NPP presidential candidate, has promised to restore discipline in the party when he takes office on February 1, 2026. 

He made this pledge while addressing delegates and party supporters in Manso Nkwanta and Manso Edubia constituency in the Ashanti Region, acknowledging that many supporters are angry due to the party's current lack of discipline.

Dr. Acheampong emphasized that the party needs unity, stating, "The person who can restore discipline, bring unity, and win power in 2028 from NDC is me.

" He has been touring constituencies, highlighting his vision for a "new NPP" founded on unity, discipline, grassroots empowerment, and integrity.

Dr Bryan Acheampong urged delegates to vote for him massively coming 31st January because he has the strength, power and capacity to lead the party in 2028.
