Muslim Community at Mamobi Holds Youth Sensitization Ahead of Eid al-Adha

The Muslim community at Mamobi organized an educational event at their main mosque aimed at promoting unity, commitment, and discipline among the youth ahead of the upcoming Eid al-Adha celebrations. The gathering also focused on encouraging young people to stay away from drug abuse and other harmful social behaviours.

Speaking at the event, the Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Employment Agency, Malik Basintale, urged Muslims to unite and take responsibility for guiding the younger generation onto the right path as government initiative to create jobs and opportunities for the young Youth in Ghana .

According to him, community leaders, parents, and religious authorities must intensify efforts to educate the youth on the dangers associated with drug abuse and other activities that could destroy their future.

He stressed that discipline, commitment, and strong religious values remain key to building responsible young people who will contribute positively to society.

The event brought together Islamic clerics, youth groups, and members of the Mamobi Muslim community, all advocating peace, togetherness, and moral upbringing ahead of the Eid festivities.
