W/R: Wassa Amenfi East Gets Boost in Healthcare with New Ambulance Donation

The Wassa Amenfi East Municipal Chief Executive, Hon Raymond Nana Ebbah, has collaborated with DJ Group of Companies to donate a brand-new ambulance to the Ghana National Ambulance Service. 

The donation aims to enhance healthcare delivery in the municipality, addressing challenges posed by the previous ambulance.

Hon Nana Ebbah initiated the partnership with DJ Group of Companies, and they responded positively to the request. 

The MCE revealed that the new ambulance will complement the existing one, which is currently facing challenges and undergoing repairs.



During the handing-over ceremony at Wassa Akropong in the Western Region, the Paramount Chief of Wassa Amenfi traditional area Tetrete Okuamoah Sekyim ll and his entourage were present to grace the ceremony. 

Hon Nana Ebbah urged the National Ambulance Service to ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle.

DJ Group of Companies' General Manager, Mr. Bernard Manu Armah, stated that this donation is part of their corporate social responsibility and encouraged the authorities to maintain the ambulance. 

The Deputy CEO of the National Ambulance Service, Mr. Patrick Inkoom Colbelson, expressed gratitude to the donors and assured that the ambulance will be used for its intended purpose.
