The Sunyani Technical University (STU) has held a day's lecture to empower students to undertake extensive research in pursuing their academic career.

It was on the theme: "Innovating with Quantum" and offered opportunity for the students to leverage on technological advancement for effective research work.

Dr James Adu Ansere, the Deputy Director for Research, Grants and Development at the STU who spoke to Sompa FM highlighted the relevance of the lecture

Dr Ansere urged the government to invest more into research in advancing accelerated national development.
