Dormaahene commends Akufo-Addo, urges Mahama to complete Agenda District I11 hospitals
Osagyefo Oseadeyo Agyemang Badu II, the Paramount Chief of the Dormaa Traditional Area has called on President John Dramani Mahama to expedite action for the resumption of work and completion of the abandoned Agenda 111 District Hospital projects initiated by previous administration.

He said the completion of those projects remained essential to bring healthcare to the door step of the people and advance the nation’s healthcare service delivery.
Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Badu II, also the President of the Bono Regional House of Chiefs made the call when President Mahama cut the sod for work to begin on the construction of a model 24hour market project at the Dormaa-Ahenkro Tuesday Market.
Accompanied by some ministers of state, Members of Parliament and some national executives of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), President is on a two-day working visit to the Bono Region.

He will inspect some on-going road infrastructure projects, host a durbar of chiefs and people of the region and also chair the Regional Accountability Series programme of his government.
Osagyefo Agyemang Badu II lauded the previous administration for the Agenda 111 District hospital projects.
Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Badu II also called on the President’s intervention to speed up the establishment of a medical school at the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) to give realistic meaning to the upgrade of the Sunyani Regional Hospital into a teaching hospital status.
He said the medical school was required to well positioned UENR to train more medical practitioners to feed the teaching hospital.
