Nana Kwaku Sabeng II, the Akwamuhene and Acting President of the Sunyani Traditional Council says council has successfully resolve the dispute between the paramount chief and the paramount queen mother of the traditional area.
He said the peacefully resolution between Odeefour Ogyeamansan Boahenkorkor II Nana Akosua Duah Asor Sika Brayia II remain a major headway, saying that would deepen the prevailing peace in the area and bring the development of Sunyani to the next level.
Addressing a news conference in Sunyani, said in that regard dispute between the paramount chief and the queen mother pending before the Judicial committee of the Bono Regional House of Chiefs had been annulled, saying that all the sub-queens who were destooled had been reinstated.

Mr Joseph Addae Akwaboa the Bono Regional Minister told the media that President John Dramani Mahama played instrumental role in the resolution of the dispute and commended the president and Mr Ahmed Ibrahim the chieftaincy minister for their roles.
