A man believed to be in his early 30's has been murdered and buried with dry grass at Gomoa Mamfam, a suburb of Fetteh Kakraba in the Gomoa East District in the Central Region.

The body was discovered by some residents on Sunday after smelling some funny scent in the area for days now.

The deceased is believed to have been murdered by some unknown assailants and intentionally dumped at the scene his lifeless body was spotted infront of an uncompleted building at Mamfam.

Napoleon Mensah, a resident of the area speaking in an interview with Sompa News Eric Annan revealed that they noticed to be some bad odour in the area and upon search, discovered the lifeless body infront of the uncompleted building, covered with dry green grass.

He observed that the incident has since left residents of the area in fear.

Meanwhile, the Awutu Bereku District Police Command has conveyed the decomposed body of the deceased for burial with investigations launched into the incident.
