Residents of Ablekuma Joma Adakope a suburb of Accra in Ga West Municipality are complaining bittely over single face of power supply and blames Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) branch at Funmilk for high illigalities in the area. 

‎According to some residents who are hit with serious electrical challenges such as destruction of electrical gadgets like air-condition, referagelators, plugs, ceiling funs and Television set and many more allegedly blamed ECG officers at Ablekuma funmilk for neglecting their concerns to resolve the issue at hand. 

‎Hundreds of people living in that enclave uses only one single face of electricity supply for numerous people in the area which has contributed to low current, constance power outages populally known as dumsor. 

‎Speaking to Sompa TV, residents allegedly accused Funmilk ECG office for allowing many people joined their power illigally. However, after complaining to them they are not given any tangible responds to their plea. They said. 

The loadsheiding is more than the power supply which somtimes light pole cathes fire, air-condition, television set and other gudgets destroy due to the above challenges. Some of the resident laments. 

Agya Frank is a resident of Ablekuma Joma Adakope who narrated his frustration to the media. 

‎Some residents also shared their concerned and called on ECG to come to their aid. 

‎However, our news team reached out to District Technical Officer (DTO) of Ablekuma Funmilk Zack on phone and he admitted the challenge but the ECG is handicup due to numerous langaurds in the vicinity.
